"Talented personnel" is the cornerstone of a company's sustainable operations. Enrich Tech cultivates excellent personnel and provides a stage for them to grow and exert themselves, thus achieving employees' career accomplishments and the Company's sustainable development.

Cultivation Plan and Implementation

Enrich Tech is enthusiastically engaged in personnel talent cultivation, and has high expectations for the outcome. The Company carries out reviews on a rolling basis to improve its personnel cultivation plans, thereby facilitating employees' achievements and learning effects in the process of talent cultivation.
Enrich Tech has developed plans to train and cultivate outstanding personnel year by year. Short-, medium- and long-term talent cultivation goals have been set, and various cultivation plans have been formulated based on the needs of different job types, including job-level-based training, professional-competency-based training, and self-inspiration. Moreover, a 5-year Talent Cultivation Plan has been formulated and implemented since 2021, and is currently in progress.

Cultivation Training Regulations

The Company arranges internal and external employee training sessions in response to actual needs every year. In addition to the training sessions assigned by the Company, employees can independently choose to participate in the internal training or assigned external training sessions that they need.

Subsidy for Cultivation Training

Employees of the Company can participate in internal personnel training sessions for free, and can apply for subsidies for expenses related to the external training sessions or study for advanced degrees.
